• Any estimate provided in writing before work begins should be treated as an estimate; final invoicing reflects the work completed and parts used.

• By submitting a booking request you are not confirming an appointment; our team will respond with availability and details.
• You should share accurate contact details, location, and problem descriptions so the team can respond correctly.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Inform the team of any safety hazards at the service location before the visit.
• Confirm the scope of work and charges before service begins.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Any warranty offered on repair work is communicated in writing by the service team for each job. ServiceNow and our partners are not liable for: equipment damage caused by misuse, pre-existing conditions not disclosed, or problems arising after work that are unrelated to the service performed.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ServiceNow and its service professionals shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for a service is limited to the amount you actually paid for that service.
